Cancellations and Refunds

We value fairness and flexibility. Here's our approach:

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After that, cancellation is subject to discretion based on packing and shipping status.

Refunds & Replacements: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and perishability, fresh produce, dairy, pantry essentials, and handcrafted items are not returnable unless there is a valid quality issue.

Mode of Refund: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
